Job Description

The Marketing Manager designs and orchestrates high-value content, campaigns, and events to strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified demand, and sustainably fuel the sales pipeline through effective and scalable marketing initiatives.

Missions

  • Create product content, sales enablement materials, and customer success assets (one-pagers, solution briefs, decks, customer case studies, strategic presentations)
  • Write and manage content such as blog articles, ebooks, and white papers
  • Implement marketing automation initiatives, including database enrichment, lead nurturing, and multi-channel acquisition campaigns
  • Own website copywriting, create page content and SEO-driven articles (in collaboration with the acquisition marketing strategy), and continuously optimize content and conversion performance
  • Manage social media communication and editorial planning, including content creation in collaboration with the regulatory team
  • Organize events, including logistics coordination, partner events, trade shows, and client breakfasts
  • Lead SEO/GEO performance by tracking traffic, rankings, and conversion, in collaboration with the content manager
  • Optimize CRM workflows, including structuring customer databases, building dashboards and reporting, and improving funnel performance

  • Quality and consistency of produced content
  • LinkedIn engagement (reach, interactions)
  • Organic traffic generated through content
  • Adoption of marketing assets by sales teams
  • Marketing performance of events (leads generated, sales feedback)
  • Number of MQLs / SQLs generated
  • Website conversion rate and SEO performance

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing
  • Master’s degree in Marketing from a Business School or equivalent university degree
  • Excellent writing, analytical, presentation, and synthesis skills, with strong adaptability
  • Strong data, performance, and growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and versatile
  • Open-minded and solution-oriented
  • General knowledge of AI and strong interest in the tech industry, particularly AI
